Butch is Back!Former Nashua Pride Manager Butch Hobson Returns to Holman Stadium NASHUA, NH — The Nashua Silver Knights are proud to announce that former Nashua Pride manager and baseball legend Butch Hobson will return to the dugout at Holman Stadium for one final game on Friday, June 27, as part of the team’s Nashua Pride throwback night. A fan favorite and the winningest manager in Nashua Pride history, Hobson spent six seasons leading the Pride from 2000 to 2007, bringing championship-caliber baseball and unforgettable memories to Holman. On June 27, he’ll suit up one last time to manage the Pride in a special throwback game that promises to be full of nostalgia and community spirit. The Silver Knights will take the field wearing retro Nashua Pride uniforms, and the night will feature a special pregame ceremony to honor the Pride's legacy. Fans can also look forward to the return of Monkey Boy, a postgame jersey auction of game-worn Pride uniforms, and a stadium full of familiar faces from Nashua’s baseball history. “We’re thrilled to welcome Butch back to Holman Stadium,” said Silver Knights General Manager, Cam Cook. “He’s a baseball legend in Nashua, and it’s only fitting that we get to celebrate the Pride with him out on the field.” Fans are encouraged to arrive early, wear their old Pride gear, and help give Butch Hobson the homecoming he deserves.
